📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage leasing contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Coordinate with tenants and landlords to facilitate smooth leasing processes
• Process lease applications and conduct credit checks
• Maintain a database of leasing information and update records regularly
• Handle lease renewals and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
• Assist in the preparation of leasing reports and presentations
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and landlords

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing administration or a related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
