As a Branch Officer (Teller, Vault), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and secure financial transactions. You'll handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services with the help of our advanced banking software, while also managing the vault to maintain the highest security standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing excellent customer service and handling cash transactions
• Managing the vault to ensure the security of cash and valuables
• Using banking software to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assisting in the opening and closing of the branch
• Completing daily and weekly reports
• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Providing training and support to new staff
• Maintaining a clean and organized branch environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a banking or financial services role, preferably as a Teller or Vault Officer
• Knowledge of banking software and systems, such as Core Banking Solution or similar
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cash and valuables securely
• Familiarity with banking regulations and internal policies
• Proven ability to work in a team and independently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
