📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train a team of baristas and staff to deliver excellent coffee and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve branch and company goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the coffee industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant management software.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
