📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Manage and mentor a team of retail sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with coffee and related products is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
