As a Marketing Material Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing team to create visually stunning and compelling materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads. You will use industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to bring our marketing messages to life. With 3-5 years of experience in marketing material design, you will be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all materials align with brand identity and business objectives.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create visually appealing and effective marketing collateral.
• Manage the production process, including printing and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for improving marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing material design.
• Present marketing materials to the team and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Monitor the performance of marketing materials and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing material design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of print and digital marketing materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a strong portfolio of work.
