📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the packaging department, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement packaging strategies to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
• Manage a team of packaging professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to optimize packaging processes and materials.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to packaging.
• Monitor and analyze packaging performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in packaging technology and innovation.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging operations and management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing packaging teams.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, equipment, and industry standards.
• Experience with packaging software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and logistics processes is highly desirable.
