In this role, you will be responsible for handling all cash transactions, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process all cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals as required.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth checkout process.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.,Assist in training new employees on cash handling procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Basic computer literacy, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.,Willingness to work remote and follow company guidelines.
