In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the monthly and annual closing processes, including adjusting entries and preparing closing entries.,Monitor and reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings on time and accurately.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast, and provide financial analysis and recommendations.,Train and mentor junior accountants and other staff members as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and supporting documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
