Design and implement scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using Databricks.,Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure data quality and performance.,Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.,Monitor and maintain data pipelines, ensuring high availability and performance.,Implement data security and governance best practices to protect sensitive information.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.,Mentor and guide junior team members in data engineering best practices and Databricks technologies.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.,5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on Databricks.,Proven experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and infrastructure.,Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java.,Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.,Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
