Hokian Lestari Tea is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the structural integrity of our tea processing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a passion for sustainable and efficient design.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural components of tea processing facilities.,Ensure compliance with local and national building codes and standards.,Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality projects.,Conduct site inspections and oversee construction to ensure structural integrity.,Prepare detailed technical reports and drawings.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.,Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team.,Participate in project planning and cost estimation activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software tools.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and standards.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects.,Good communication and presentation skills.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
