📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software and hardware products.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.,Review and edit technical content to maintain consistency and clarity.,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical documents.,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Support the technical writing team in achieving project deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software and hardware products.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, etc.).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
