📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the sales team in the Cikarang area.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet their performance goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
