Korean Speaker / Translator

PT Hab Dong Indo is seeking a fluent Korean Speaker to join our team in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. As a Korean Speaker, you will play a crucial role in bridging communication between our Indonesian and Korean stakeholders, ensuring smooth and accurate translation of documents, meetings, and other materials. Our company is a leading player in the import-export industry, specializing in the distribution of high-quality Korean products to Indonesian markets. In this role, you will be responsible for translating and interpreting documents, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in the organization of business meetings and events. You will work closely with our Korean partners to ensure that all communications are clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and other materials between Indonesian and Korean.
• Assist in the organization of business meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring smooth communication between Indonesian and Korean stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and translate promotional materials.
• Maintain and update translation databases and records.
• Attend and participate in training sessions and workshops to improve language skills and cultural understanding.
• Support the sales team by providing accurate and timely translations of technical specifications and product information.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for both Indonesian and Korean audiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Korean, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in translation or interpretation services.
• Proficient in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or SDL Trados.
• Understanding of Korean and Indonesian business culture and etiquette.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the import-export industry is a plus.
