As the Lead HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Coordinate with senior management to address HR issues and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.,Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
