📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
