Smart Store Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Staff to join our team in Tasikmalaya. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked store.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.,Monitor sales performance and report to the management team.,Assist in organizing and planning store events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or operations role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
