📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the outlet meets all health and safety standards and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, creating a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail outlet.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing a team and motivating staff.
