📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care and medical treatment as required.,Assess and monitor patients' conditions, and document all findings and treatments.,Develop and implement care plans for patients, in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Manage and supervise a team of nurses, ensuring high standards of care and patient safety.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve patient care and team performance.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) from the Indonesian Nursing Board or equivalent.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.,Experience in managing and supervising a team of nurses.,Familiarity with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
