📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.,Teach and support students in a variety of subjects, ensuring their academic progress and personal development.,Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educators to ensure consistent support and communication.,Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback and adjustments to their IEPs as needed.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching practices.,Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.,Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in special education.,Provide additional support and resources to students who require extra assistance in the classroom.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.,Teaching certification or equivalent qualification in Indonesia.,Experience in teaching students with special educational needs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and other professionals.,Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with educational technology and innovative teaching methods is a plus.
