The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse and its contents.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage the flow of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.,Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise in the warehouse.,Work with the management team to develop and implement improvement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a warehouse or logistics setting.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.,Forklift license is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
