📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect the resort and its guests.
• Manage and oversee a team of security personnel, ensuring they are trained and equipped to handle various security scenarios.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to enhance security measures.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
• Provide security training and awareness programs for employees and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Certification in Security Management, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
• Strong knowledge of local and international security laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using security management software, such as Access Control Systems, CCTV, and Alarm Systems.
• Experience in managing security operations in a high-profile or luxury environment.
