• Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and provide insights to management
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows
• Handle employee benefits and compensation packages
• Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record in workforce planning and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
