In this role, you will use tools like SAP and our in-house CRM system to track and manage collections. Daily, you'll visit customers, negotiate payments, and provide updates to our collections team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers to collect overdue payments and settle accounts
• Use SAP and our in-house CRM system to track and manage collections
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
• Provide regular updates to the collections team on the status of accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Maintain accurate records of all collections activities
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and support

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with SAP or similar financial software is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to different locations in Bali
