📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications using fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and portion control
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Assist in stock management and inventory control
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet service times and guest expectations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhere to the resort's policies and procedures, including dietary restrictions and food handling guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and fellow staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including grills, ovens, and fryers
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Valid food handling certificate and clean driving record
