📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial governance frameworks, including internal controls and risk management processes
• Create and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for financial processes and systems
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and best practices
• Support senior management in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and systems
• Provide training and guidance to finance team members on financial governance and control procedures
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs to support strategic decision-making

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial governance, internal controls, or process standardization
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices in Indonesia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
