🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory HR role, with a strong background in talent management and strategic HR.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR programs that drive business results.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and experience in ensuring compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Certifications in HR management, such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional), are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
