📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, customer service, and inventory control.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of sales and transactions using POS systems like VisionCraft POS.
• Assist in maintaining a well-organized and stocked store, ensuring all products are displayed attractively and are in good condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Work closely with the opticians and sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure the store is well-stocked.
• Assist in the training and development of new staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role, preferably in the optical industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in retail management or customer service a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
