📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the deal sourcing process, identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities across Southeast Asia.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial, operational, and market analysis.
• Manage the portfolio of investments, monitoring performance and providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
• Build and maintain relationships with startup founders, investors, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with the investment committee to make informed investment decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
• Prepare and present investment proposals to the investment committee and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and corporate policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful deal sourcing and due diligence.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with venture capital software such as DealCloud or PitchBook is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
