Design and implement scalable and efficient data solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.,Work closely with our clients and our engineering team to ensure that our solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with business objectives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to our engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the data industry and apply this knowledge to our solutions.,Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of our existing solutions to ensure they continue to meet the needs of our clients.,Participate in the development and implementation of our company's data strategy and roadmap.,Represent Databricks at industry events and conferences to share our expertise and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the data industry.,Strong understanding of data architecture and design principles.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.,Proficiency in data processing tools and technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize data solutions.
