In this role, you will use tools like SAP and our in-house CRM system to track and manage collections. Daily, you'll visit customers, negotiate payments, and provide updates to our collections team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit customers to collect overdue payments and settle accounts
- Use SAP and our in-house CRM system to track and manage collections
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
- Provide regular updates to the collections team on the status of accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate records of all collections activities
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and support
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with SAP or similar financial software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to different locations in Bali
