📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical supervision.
• Certification in relevant mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., PMP, LEED, or equivalent).
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Bali.
