📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement training programs that align with the needs of the department and the overall business objectives.
• Identify and analyze training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from staff and managers.
• Design and deliver training sessions using various methods, including e-learning, classroom training, and on-the-job training.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and data analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone or SAP SuccessFactors to manage and track training programs.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to support their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on hospitality or a related industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
